Here I am, in the Lounge at Wright Point Resort, keeping an eye on things. Its nice to have my computer and the internet to play around with. Finished my book, so needed something to keep myself occupied….and to distract me from Scooby-doo. (How can these children be entertained by it?  More frighteningly, their uncle seems to be enjoying it too.)
Greg is out collecting garbage on the tractor. Fortunately for him, the rain has finally let up. It has poured rain for most of the day. As a result, I’ve had most of the day off work – not much to do in the rain.
The summer’s flying by. We’re having a great time – well, I suppose I shouldn’t assume that Greg shares my sentiments… The thought of returning to the city makes me cringe. We drove down to Huntsville on Monday for groceries, and travelling just that hour and a half south had me feeling down. Mind you, Huntsville is a very pretty, sweet little town. It seems swamped underneath the weight of all its summer visitors.
(“Would you do it for some Scooby Snacks?” arrrrrghhhhhh)
Heading up to the cabin Sunday night. I’m excited to get up there, see my family, hug Hunter for a few hours. And Steph is home from Japan!!Â
For a first post, this has been pretty dull. My apologies.
ughh, the child is throwing a tantrum now because Scooby-doo is over.  And the rain appears to have returned.Â
